Terms of Service

Effective: April 2026. By using Cadenva, you agree to these terms.

Use of Cadenva

You may use Cadenva to upload meeting recordings, review extracted action items, and approve calendar events. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Your content

You retain ownership of any meeting recordings or transcripts you upload. By uploading content, you grant Cadenva a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your meeting content to train models or share it with third parties.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any meeting content. You agree not to use Cadenva for any unlawful purpose. You review and approve all calendar events before they are created — Cadenva does not schedule anything without your explicit approval.

Accounts and billing

Free plan usage is subject to the monthly meeting limit in effect at the time of use. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Availability

Cadenva is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves. We will communicate material changes with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadenva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
