We have not set a price for multi-person use. Write to us and we will agree one with you.
Prices in euro. Payment for Pro is taken through Stripe checkout. Paid access is then applied to your workspace by us, by hand, rather than automatically on payment — and removed the same way when you tell us to stop — so a change may not take effect the moment Stripe records it. Cadenva has no billing portal and no automatic renewal or cancellation.
§2 · What every plan keeps
The trust model does not change with the price.
Nothing is scheduled without you
Every commitment is approved by a person, one act per line. Approval and scheduling are separate steps.
Evidence on every line
Where the transcript has them, the words a commitment was read from sit beside it. Confidence is said in words, never as a score.
Recordings deleted after processing
Whether it succeeded or failed. Your data can be deleted on request.
Google and Microsoft, equally
Cadenva supports both. Whichever you connect, the states on every line are the same, and the app tells you which it can reach.
§3 · Questions
Questions
What counts as a meeting?
Anything Cadenva reads end to end: a recording you upload, a transcript you paste, a conversation you capture live, or a recording you forward in by email. Each one is a meeting.
Does a meeting that fails to process count?
No. If a run fails, its place in the five is returned and you can bring the meeting again. A meeting still processing does hold its place until it finishes.
What happens after five meetings on Free?
Everything already read stays reviewable and approvable. New meetings wait for Pro.
How does Pro get switched on?
After checkout, email us at hello@cadenva.com and we enable Pro on your workspace. It then holds on every device you sign in from.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Write to us at hello@cadenva.com and we remove Pro from your workspace and stop billing you. There is no self-service cancellation or billing portal yet — the same people who switch Pro on switch it off, usually the same day.
Is the sample the real product?
It is the real interface with a sample meeting in it, so you can click through a review without an account.
