The terms you agree to when you use Cadenva.

02Your content

You retain ownership of any meeting recordings or transcripts you upload. By uploading content, you grant Cadenva a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your meeting content to train models or share it with third parties.

03Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any meeting content. You agree not to use Cadenva for any unlawful purpose. You review and approve all calendar events before they are created — Cadenva does not schedule anything without your explicit approval.

04Accounts and billing

The Free plan includes 5 meetings and up to 300 minutes of recorded audio per calendar month, whichever is reached first. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. A meeting is anything Cadenva processes end to end — an uploaded recording, a pasted transcript or a live capture — and a run that fails to process consumes neither a meeting nor any minutes. Only recorded audio spends minutes; a pasted transcript spends a meeting and no minutes.

Cadenva Pro is a monthly subscription, taken through Stripe checkout. It renews automatically every month until it is cancelled. Pro is applied to your workspace automatically when Stripe confirms the subscription, and removed automatically when the subscription ends. There is no free trial.

You may cancel at any time from Settings, which opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can also change your payment details and download invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: you keep Pro until then, and the workspace returns to the Free plan afterwards.

The first 50 Pro subscriptions are offered at a founding price of €12 per month, which is held for as long as that subscription remains continuously active. After those 50 have been taken, Pro is offered at the then-current standard price, which is €18 per month. Cancelling a founding subscription ends eligibility for the founding price: a subsequent subscription is charged at the then-current standard price.

05Availability

Cadenva is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves. We will communicate material changes with reasonable notice.

06Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadenva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

08Data protection

The Privacy Policy describes what Cadenva collects, how long it keeps it, the providers it uses and how to have your data deleted. The Trust & Security page describes the measures behind it.

Where you use Cadenva as a business and it processes personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms. It is in force without a separate signature; write to hello@cadenva.com if your procurement needs a signed counterpart. Where the DPA and these terms conflict on the processing of personal data, the DPA governs.

A Cadenva workspace can be shared by several people, and everyone in a workspace sees the same meetings, commitments and source evidence and can approve and schedule any of them. You decide who belongs in your workspace and are responsible for their access to what is in it. Tell us when someone should be removed.
